It is fast and easy to place an online order with us, just use the following steps:
Simply select the items you would like to purchase by choosing from the categories on side bar of the website.
Select the item you would like to purchase and choose your options from the drop down menus. Click the Add to Cart button to add the item to your cart.
You can change the quantity of items selected or remove an item from your cart and click Update Total to get a new total.
To continue shopping click on the Continue Shopping button.
You can view your cart contents at any time by clicking on the View Cart link on the top left menu. When you are finished shopping click on the Proceed to Checkout button.
Don't Have An Online Account?
If it is your first time ordering with Transition you will need to set up an account to checkout. You can register for an account during the checkout process. Once you have set up your account, on future visits you can login directly from the main page by clicking on LOGIN TO ACCOUNT
Select Your Method of Payment
Transition BMX accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX., PayPal, Gift Certificate and COD payments.
Credit Card Payments
All credit card and online interact payments are processed through Cybersource and Global Payments. Our checkout pages are Norton Secured. Hard copies of your credit or debit card information are never retained by Transition BMX.
Please note that COD is only available as a payment option for customers who have purchased from our online store previously and is not available for purchases of complete bikes.
Confirm Your Billing and Mailing Address
You can click on Change to make any required corrections. If your billing address is different than your Shipping address, click on the Change button under Billing Address to change. For credit card payments, your billing address must be the EXACT billing address for the credit card being used.
Select Your Shipping Method
Select your shipping method, Standard or Express, and an estimated shipping cost will be added to your total.
All orders are shipped Canada Post where possible but complete bikes and large items may be shipped by Purolator.
When your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can check the status of your package as it travels to you. See below for an estimated shipping time for your location. Any undeliverable or refused orders will be charged all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipments to remote locations may be subject to an additional freight charge. You will contacted directly if your order is subject to an additional charge.

Any items being returned must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number first. To get this number please call toll free 1-866-260-6694 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages shipped back without an RA (Return Authorization) Number will be refused and sent back at owners expense.
