Returns are easy with Transition BMX.
If you need to return an item you bought online give us a call toll free at 1-866-260-6694 or email email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization. We will gladly accept returns up to one week after product delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization and the original receipt.
Items bought in store can be returned in store within one week of purchase. Simply drop by with your original receipt, and your items in original condition and we will gladly offer a return. You can also exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
Holiday Return Policy:
Items bought between Nov 1st and Dec 24th can be returned any time up to Dec 31st. We understand that some gifts may need to be returned and are happy to extend our return policy during the holiday season to make this possible.
Complete Bikes, Helmets, Special Orders, Custom Wheels, Layaway Purchases, Clearance & Installed items are FINAL SALE.
We will do our best to provide replacement items in a timely manner but from time to time an item may be out of stock and additional time may be required to receive a replacement. When this occurs you will be notified immediately with an approximate delivery time.
Freight costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping items back to us, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked. Transition BMX is not responsible for lost packages. Replacement parts are shipped via regular ground service, if faster shipping is required the customer is responsible for any additional cost. Replacement items will not be shipped until additional costs are paid in full.
