If things do go wrong, we are happy to handle warranty claims for our customers on any of the brands that we sell. Simply send an email to email@example.com with the following information and we will contact you within one business day to discuss your claim.
Serial Number: (Required for complete bikes)

Photo of the damage (For complete bikes, please also include a photo of the whole bike, and a photo of the serial number)
We will do our best to provide replacement items in a timely manner but from time to time an item may be out of stock and additional time may be required to receive a replacement. When this occurs you will be notified immediately with an approximate delivery time.
Freight costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping warranty items back to us, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked. Transition BMX is not responsible for lost warranty packages. Replacement parts are shipped via regular ground service, if faster shipping is required the customer is responsible for any additional cost.
